PERSONAL TRAINING OPTIONS
While every client receives a personalized training plan, we primarily focus on strength-building and safe, healthy movement. This generally includes free weights, cardio machines for short-burst conditioning, and movement exercises. Working on all planes of motion is key to preparing you for anything life throws your way.
Your first session with us begins with two vital steps: a movement screening and an InBody Scan. The movement screening helps us understand your starting point and limitations, while the InBody Scan provides a detailed picture of your body’s muscle mass and fat percentage and provides more insights into your health. Together, these equip us to create a routine that is perfect for you.
PRIVATE TRAINING MEMBERSHIPS
A private training membership guarantees you a certain number of weekly sessions set on the same day(s) and time(s) each week.
Memberships require a 13-week commitment.
2:1 TRAINING

Perfect for two friends or a couple who wants to train together, our 2:1 membership works the same as our private training membership.

ONLINE PERSONAL
TRAINING
Does your hectic schedule or other commitments make it difficult to get to the gym? Enjoy the benefits of a private trainer without the costs when you sign up for our online personal training program. Get 1 to 5 workouts per week tailored to you, including instructional videos, in-app messaging, and a virtual check-in with your trainer
For safety reasons, we require at least five initial in-person sessions prior to starting your online training.

Unlike many other personal fitness gyms, we hire trainers as contractors so they can run their own business within Limitless.
