HOW IT WORKS

  • Start by filling out our form with some basic information about yourself and your fitness goals. Then, book a time with owner Bill Camarda for an in-person consultation. We’ll contact you to confirm your visit.

  • Arrive for your consultation with Bill, who will:

    • Give you a tour of our studio

    • Discuss your goals, “why,” health/injury history, and preferences

    • Match you with the best fit out of our 10+ personal trainers!

  • During your first 60-minute session, your trainer will dive in deeper with a comprehensive initial assessment to understand your body, goals, and where they can help you improve. Your trainer will:

    • Review of your health history and fitness goals in greater detail

    • Perform an InBody Analysis to benchmark your body composition, muscle, and fat percentages

    • Conduct a fitness evaluation, which includes a mobility, movement, and strength analysis

    • Create a detailed plan based on your goals and current fitness level


    These detailed insights allow your private trainer to create a truly customized plan, setting you up for success from Day 1. Whether you’re looking to gain muscle, lose fat, improve mobility, or all of the above, we’ll guide the way!
