PERSONAL TRAINING OPTIONS
Our methods are centered on strength-building and safe, healthy movement. This generally includes free weights, cardio machines for short-burst conditioning, and mobility exercises. Working on all planes of motion is key to preparing you for anything life throws your way.
Your personal trainer will follow your plan and design each session around your unique goals and needs, ensuring you move better, feel stronger, and live a healthier life.
Private Training Memberships
A private training membership guarantees you a certain number of weekly sessions set on the same day(s) and time(s) each week.
Memberships require a 13-week commitment, billed weekly.
2:1 Training Memberships
Perfect for two friends or a couple who wants to train together, our 2:1 membership works the same as our private training membership.
Cost split between 2 people, 13-week commitment

Online Personal Training
Does your hectic schedule or other commitments make it difficult to get to the gym? Enjoy the benefits of a private trainer without the costs when you sign up for our online personal training program. Whether you’re at home, in a hotel, or on the go, we’ll help you maintain your progress and feel your best.
Online membership includes:
1 to 5 workouts per week tailored to you, based on your space and goals
Instructional videos accompanying each workout
In-app messaging
Monthly virtual check-in with your trainer
Real-time feedback and coaching
Accountability and motivation, wherever you are
$250/month
For safety reasons, we require at least five initial in-person sessions prior to starting your online training. 6-month commitment required.
HOW IT WORKS

Start by filling out our form with some basic information about yourself and your fitness goals. Then, book a time with owner Bill Camarda for an in-person consultation. We’ll contact you to confirm your visit.

Arrive for your consultation with Bill, who will:
Give you a tour of our studio
Discuss your goals, “why,” health/injury history, and preferences
Match you with the best fit out of our 10+ personal trainers!

During your first 60-minute session, your trainer will dive in deeper with a comprehensive initial assessment to understand your body, goals, and where they can help you improve. Your trainer will:
Review of your health history and fitness goals in greater detail
Perform an InBody Analysis to benchmark your body composition, muscle, and fat percentages
Conduct a fitness evaluation, which includes a mobility, movement, and strength analysis
Create a detailed plan based on your goals and current fitness level
These detailed insights allow your private trainer to create a truly customized plan, setting you up for success from Day 1. Whether you’re looking to gain muscle, lose fat, improve mobility, or all of the above, we’ll guide the way!
