Personal Training
Frequently Asked Questions
-
In every 1:1 session, you work with the same trainer we intentionally match you to. Your trainer builds a plan around your goals, current strength, mobility, and any injuries. Your first session includes a goal-setting conversation, an InBody scan, and a movement screening so we can tailor a safe, effective program just for you.
-
We offer 1:1 and 2:1 personal training memberships and packages at both our Greenland and Epping gyms. Each program is customized to your fitness level, goals, and lifestyle. We also offer remote programming for clients who prefer to train independently at another gym while still receiving personalized workouts from a Limitless Fitness trainer.
-
Yes. We specialize in strength training for women in midlife and for older adults. Our programs support bone density, build and maintain muscle mass, improve balance, and promote heart, blood sugar, and metabolic health. Every plan progresses safely and effectively, whether you are brand-new to strength training or returning after a break.
-
Absolutely. Many of our clients work with our trainers during pregnancy and after delivery. Strength training is a safe, effective way to support your body during each trimester, help with labor, and rebuild strength and stability postpartum.

Three things set us apart: Trainer matching, where we personally pair you with the right trainer based on goals, injury history, and personality. Consistency, where you work with the same trainer every session, ensuring accountability and faster progress. And a private, non-intimidating studio focused entirely on results and community, not competition.
Our team of 20+ nationally certified NASM and ISSA trainers tailors every workout to your needs, making Limitless a supportive environment where clients of all ages thrive.

Personal training gives you one-on-one attention, zero guesswork, and a safe, effective program designed for your body and goals. Unlike crowded gyms or generalized group classes, your trainer guides every rep, adjusts exercises in real time, and ensures you have fun and progress without risking injury or burnout.
-
Not at all. Limitless Fitness is known for being welcoming, judgment-free, and supportive. Whether you are brand new to exercise, returning after an injury, or already active, our trainers meet you exactly where you are and help you build confidence one session at a time.
-
We train clients by appointment from early mornings (5 a.m.) through evenings (until 9 p.m.), depending on your trainer’s availability. We will work with you to find consistent days and times that fit your lifestyle and routine.
-
It depends on your goals. To build muscle, improve strength, or lose weight, most clients train 2 to 3 times per week.
To maintain muscle, support bone density, or prevent falls, many train 1 to 2 times per week.
Beginners, older adults, or those returning from injury often start with 1 session per week, then add a second as strength and capacity improve.
-
Functional fitness trains your body for everyday life, lifting, bending, carrying, reaching, and moving with confidence. Our programs use strength and mobility exercises that improve agility, balance, and durability so you can feel stronger and more capable in your daily activities and hobbies.
