  • At Limitless Fitness, we take personal training beyond the typical one-size-fits-all gym experience. Each session is tailored specifically to you based on your unique goals, physical capabilities, and any challenges you face. Your progress is most efficient when you work 1:1 with the same trainer every session, creating accountability and allowing us to reach your fitness goals effectively. 

    Your first session will have you go over your goals with your trainer, and undergo a movement screening so we can create a personalized fitness journey based on how you move, injuries, and any muscle imbalances

  • We primarily offer in-studio private training memberships via contracts, and packages., We do have an online personal training option for clients who are feeling confident on their own, whether it’s moving on from personal training, or using online to supplement their in-person workouts. Our methods are centered on strength-building and safe, healthy movement . We also provide fitness programming for long-term health and functional fitness.     Our trainer matching process, during which owner Bill Camarda personally interviews and hand-matches every member to the right personal trainer, sets us apart. He’ll ensure you’re paired with a trainer based on your goals, injury history and personality. Your progress stays consistent because you’ll always work with the same dedicated expert. 

    As a preferred partner of the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and the International Sports Science Academy (ISSA), our 10+ nationally certified trainers customize your workouts for maximum results while focusing on long-term health and functional fitness. At Limitless, you’re part of a supportive community where everyone works toward becoming their best self. And here, the only competition is with yourself!

  • At Limitless Fitness, personal training is all about personalized progress—which is why we offer 1:1 and 2:1  sessions only. Unlike the uncertainty you may face in a traditional gym or group class membership, where it’s easy to feel unsure or overwhelmed, your dedicated trainer guides you through every step. Your workouts are customized to your specific goals, abilities, and even how you feel that day, ensuring that each session is safe and efficient.

  • Absolutely not! We pride ourselves on being a welcoming and non-intimidating space for everyone, from beginners to more active individuals. At Limitless, our private trainers meet you where you are—whether it’s your first time in a gym or you’re returning after an injury. We work with clients aged 12 to 75+ and customize programs to your fitness level and lifestyle. Our goal is to help you gain confidence, improve your fitness, and make progress on your own terms.

  • We tailor our hours to fit your life. Whether you want to train as early as 5 a.m. or as late as 8 p.m., we work around your needs. If flexibility is key, we also offer remote online training, allowing you to access custom workouts on your own time, anywhere, with support from your personal trainer.

  • Functional fitness is about training your body for everyday life, whether picking up your kids, carrying groceries, participating in your favorite sports or hobbies, or preventing injury. We incorporate functional movements into our training to strengthen, improve agility, and better prepare you for whatever life throws your way.

  • It’s easy—schedule your in-person consultation! During this initial consultation, Bill will get to know you and advise you on your options and next steps with us based on your current health and fitness experience.
