BRANDON PAIGE
Personal Trainer
I found my passion for fitness in the gym weight lifting for wrestling in high school and at the University of New Hampshire. My strength training helped me excel in wrestling, winning a state championship in high school and placing 8th at the national tournament for UNH’s club wrestling team. I graduated UNH with a B.S. in Biology, along with a nagging shoulder injury from an old wrestling injury.
After college, I worked a physical job at an environmental toxicology lab in Hampton, all the while my shoulder pain slowly got worse. I picked up a book on personal training and learned great exercises that eventually erased my shoulder pain, most of which I learned came from my poor posture!
I read up and got my ACE (American Council of Exercise) personal trainer certification in 2016, quit my lab job, and dove into a career as a full time personal trainer. I quickly found this career to be extremely rewarding, seeing my clients lose weight, gain strength, and reach their goals.
Over the years I expanded my training knowledge, earning additional certifications in corrective exercise and functional movement. With this expertise, I have shifted to helping clients alleviate pain caused by old injuries, regain strength post-joint replacement surgery, and improve whole-body posture. I strive to help my clients regain control of their lives instead of letting their bodily issues and pain dictate how they navigate life.
