CAM FLANAGAN
Personal Trainer
Hi friends, I’m Cam. I was born and raised on the NH Seacoast, and athletics have always been a big part of my life. I grew up playing football and baseball, and training for those two sports was honestly a big part of my childhood. Summer baseball camps, winter conditioning in college, and pre-season football camp were all chances to be around great people, and great coaches. My dad first introduced me to weightlifting as a teenager, and I’d attribute a lot of my successes in athletics to the time I spent in the gym.
I went on to study biology at St. Anselm College in Manchester, NH, where I also had the opportunity to play football. After graduating, I continued to strength & endurance train, and realized I wanted to share some of the things I had learned over the years as an athlete. That’s what led me to coaching. I earned my NASM-CPT certification and have been on the journey ever since.
When it comes to training, there’s no doubt it can be overwhelming and frustrating. With so much information out there, it can be challenging to even figure out where to start and how to focus. On top of information overload, long days and busy schedules only add to the difficulty in implementing a healthy & consistent fitness regimen. I believe training should be challenging, and purposeful, but also fun, and not overly complicated. I want it to be something folks look forward to — and I’m passionate about helping people build that routine into their lives. My goal as a trainer is to make training fun, effective, and tailored toward whatever end goal or vision that may be. Whether you’re just starting out, or looking to take things to the next level, I’m here to support wherever you are on your fitness journey!
