Fitness and sports have always been integral to my life, inspiring me to continually challenge myself physically and mentally. Growing up, I played baseball, soccer, and basketball and participated in track and field. My passion for fitness led me to major in exercise and sport science at Colby-Sawyer College, where I competed in cross country and track and field across New England. I then earned a master’s degree in exercise science and sports nutrition from Merrimack College, becoming a published researcher on hydration and performance in athletes.
I am certified by the American College of Sports Medicine and the National Strength and Conditioning Association. I enjoy hiking, cycling, and running local races, from 5Ks to marathons. As a USA Track and Field-certified running coach and assistant coach at Southern New Hampshire University, I mentor athletes as well as individuals of all ages, to pursue their goals no matter how big or small they may seem.
I started training clients at Limitless Fitness in 2015 and continue to do so because I find fulfillment in helping clients achieve their fitness and lifestyle goals, whether it’s hitting a new personal best or accomplishing everyday tasks. My unique training style, informed by my education and athletic experience, allows me to tailor sessions to individual needs, ensuring they are challenging, fast-paced, and fun. Now, taking on my new role as Studio Manager in 2024, I’m excited and energized to continue to support clients and trainers in new ways.
