JENNY BOSHCO
Personal Trainer
My career path into fitness started, unknowingly, during a cross country meet in sixth grade. Running alongside hundreds of other athletes, I felt a spark that would shape the rest of my life. I ran cross country and track throughout middle and high school, and those early years of running laid the foundation for my passion for movement. I earned a partial scholarship to compete on a Division I college team. College was where I was introduced to strength training but was told to “keep it light” to avoid getting “too bulky” for running. At the same time, I watched other athletes lift heavy and carry themselves with confidence. I wanted that too.
After college, I stepped away from competitive running and dove into strength training and CrossFit. I fell in love with feeling strong, both physically and mentally. That strength and community eventually led me into Spartan races, and I rediscovered trail running with a healthier mindset and a stronger body. From there, the distances grew: a trail marathon, a 50K, 50 miles, 100 miles. Each new challenge taught me more about grit, resilience, and the incredible growth that comes from pushing beyond your comfort zone.
Distance running and strength training brought me so much confidence and fulfillment that I wanted to help others experience the same. I became a V.O2 certified distance running coach and a NASM certified personal trainer. My goal every day is to help people build strength, endurance, long-term health, and deep, lasting confidence. And to enjoy every step of the journey.
