Natalie Noble
Personal Trainer
My career in fitness started when I decided to leave behind the field I pursued after I graduated college. I have a degree in Homeland Security from UNH and was immersed in municipal law enforcement but quickly realized I wasn’t happy or feeling fulfilled. So, I decided to make a change and pursue a professional career in what was once just a passion of mine.
I have always been a runner and started integrating strength training into my routine while I was in college. I started taking group HIIT classes and immediately fell in love. From there, my passion grew. I would go on to race in mud runs, OCRs, other fitness competitions, and chase personal bests with various lifts.
I knew I needed to share this passion with others so I became a certified personal trainer through ISSA. For the past three years, I have taught large group classes and have trained 1:1 clients at several gyms and studios throughout the Seacoast area, including Flight House Gym in Rye, NH. You can now find me at Limitless Fitness in Greenland.
I have worked with just about anyone under the sun. My clients have ranged from 14 years old to 75 and they have all come with a variety of goals. From general strength training, rehabbing shoulders from pickleball injuries, to navigating safe lifts through a pregnancy, and everything in between, I’ve been there with my clients through it all.
My goal is to reignite a passion for health and wellness in others as they develop a new appreciation for the gym and discover what their bodies are capable of! Let’s train together!
