How Seacoast NH Golfers Can Improve Their Swing Through TPI Golf Fitness Screening
We’ve all seen fitness take the front seat in golf over the last decade. Even earlier, if you think back to Tiger Woods’ rise to the top, the conversation around golf fitness and performance began to change. Today’s golfers are swinging faster, generating more power, and hitting the ball farther than ever before.
That shift has created an entire industry around golf fitness. From swing speed programs to mobility drills and injury prevention routines, there is no shortage of advice about how to improve your game in the gym.
The challenge for many golfers across the Seacoast of New Hampshire is knowing where to start.
Like with anything fitness-related, the sheer amount of information online can be overwhelming, confusing, and often contradictory. One program says to train for speed, another says mobility is the key, and another focuses on strength. Without understanding how your body actually moves within your golf swing, it becomes difficult to know which path will truly help your game.
That is exactly why the Titleist Performance Institute exists.
To help local golfers cut through the noise, Limitless Fitness Personal Training is hosting a TPI Screening Day on Saturday, March 28, 2026 at our Greenland, NH studio in partnership with NH Golf Association.
The Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) is widely regarded as the premier organization studying how the human body functions in relation to the golf swing. Their research has shaped the modern understanding of the “Body-Swing Connection,” which looks at how mobility, stability, strength, and movement patterns influence swing mechanics and overall performance.
TPI-certified professionals are trained to screen golfers through a series of physical movement tests that identify limitations in mobility, stability, and sequencing. These findings help determine how your body may be influencing your swing mechanics and performance on the course.
What makes this particularly valuable for Seacoast New Hampshire golfers is that Limitless Fitness has a TPI-certified professional in house. Having this level of golf-specific expertise within a private personal training facility is rare in our area, and it allows golfers to bridge the gap between fitness, injury prevention, and on-course performance.
Rather than guessing which exercises might help your swing, a TPI screening provides a clear roadmap.
After completing the screening, golfers gain insight into which direction will help them improve most effectively. In some cases, the right next step may be medical support such as a physical therapist or chiropractor like our friend Dr. Rogers of Breakfast Hill Chiropractic, who is also TPI certified. For others, it may be working with a golf fitness specialist like Limitless Fitness to improve mobility, strength, or rotational power. And for some golfers, the findings may point toward working with a swing coach to refine mechanics.
In short, it removes the guesswork and creates a clear pathway to improving both how your body moves and how you perform on the course.
As part of this special event, NH Golf members can share their GHIN number to receive their TPI screening for free (a $100 value). Golfers who are not yet NHG members can also sign up that day and receive the screening as part of their membership.
Each golfer will leave our Limitless Fitness studio in Greenland, NH with a detailed readout of their results, highlighting physical limitations that may be affecting their golf swing and outlining the most effective next steps to improve their golf fitness, mobility, and overall performance.
At Limitless Fitness, our goal is simple. Help people move well so they can keep doing the activities they love for years to come.
For Seacoast golfers, that means better movement, fewer injuries, and a more powerful, efficient swing.
We hope to see you there!
